Metzler Corporate Finance strengthens sector expertise in Software & T

Metzler Corporate Finance, the M&A advisory division of Metzler Bank, continues to expand its advisory team in Frankfurt: Marco Zeidler will join Metzler Corporate Finance as Managing Director on August 15, 2025, focusing on the Technology sector with a particular emphasis on Software.

Zeidler has more than 20 years of experience in international investment banking and M&A advisory. Most recently, he was a Partner at PwC Germany in Frankfurt, where he was responsible for M&A transactions in the Software & Technology sectors. Previously, he held senior positions at DC Advisory and Software AG, among others.

Metzler Corporate Finance has defined Technology as one of its strategic core sectors and has successfully completed numerous transactions in this segment. The Technology sector will remain one of the most dynamic M&A markets worldwide. Companies across nearly all industries must expand their digital capabilities and adapt their business models, while at the same time the market in many segments remains highly fragmented. This creates significant consolidation potential and offers attractive growth opportunities for both strategic buyers and financial investors.
